You'll never go back to your lather, rinse, repeat routine after trying one of these easy, conditioning co-washes

A Cult Classic
Wen by Chaz Dean Lavender Cleansing Conditioner, $32

Before you dismiss this based on the price, keep in mind you get 16 ounces -- and just a few pumps of this do-it-all product effectively eliminate the need for other styling product.

A little bit goes a long way; it's like blush -- you can always add more, but it's hard to fix if you use too much. In addition to nourishing aloe leaf extract and avocado oil, it also contains a soothing blend of calendula, chamomile and lavender oil (lavender is known for its soothing properties, making this the perfect wash to unwind with after a long day).

A Hard-Working Cleanser (That Smells Oh-So-Sweet)
Unwash Bio-Cleansing Conditioner, $36

I've sung the praises of this made-in-California cleansing conditioner before. The light, fruity/floral fragrance is the grown-up version of that L'Oreal Kids shampoo you used to use (you know, the one that came in a shark container?). It's supremely hydrating without weighing even baby-fine hair down, and it's so gentle that it won't fade your expensive dye job. I actually had to stop using this cleansing conditioner when I wanted my red-tinged hair to go away. It just wouldn't fade.

For Soft and Bouncy Hair (No Matter Your Texture)
SheaMoisture Coconut and Hibiscus Co-Washing Cleansing Conditioner, $11.99

Curly-haired and fine-haired girls alike will fall for this budget option. The light-but-creamy formula -- packed with shea butter and coconut oil to make hair incredibly silky and shiny -- gently cleanses and rinses out oh-so-easily.

Perfect for Fragrance Addicts
Ouidad Curl Co-Wash, $30

If the flowery, perfume-y scent of this co-wash doesn't win you over, its detangling capabilities will. The formula contains a blend of black cumin seed, castor, rosemary and sage oils to cleanse hair and add incredible shine. What it's missing is just as important as what is in it: no sulfates and menthol (a popular ingredient in some cleansing conditioners), so it won't strip your hair or make you smell like you just slathered on Vicks VapoRub.
