We swiped on dozens of concealers that claimed to be crease-free — here, the ones that passed the test

The Full-Coverage Find
The Product: Clarins Instant Concealer, $31

This heavy-duty concealer is a solid pick for masking imperfections and dark circles. The thick, creamy consistency is surprisingly crease-resistant, lasting through the workday plus a long commute each way. However, note that if you apply even the slightest bit too much, you'll need to go back about five minutes after applying and tap away the noticeable excess product. After that, you're golden for 10 hours.

The Illuminating Wand With Full Coverage
The Product: Make Up For Ever HD Invisible Cover Concealer, $29

Brace yourself, because it takes a lot of clicks of the pen to finally reach the formula. However, the illuminating, oil-free formula makes the one-time wrist workout completely worth it. The silicone applicator stands out because it helps the concealer glide over skin evenly — just blend it in lightly with your fingertips afterward. It comes in 14 shades with a variety of undertones, making it easy to find a perfect match. It also stayed put from pre-work coffee through after-work cocktails.

The Skin Care-Infused Brightener
The Product: Eve Lom Light Illusion Concealer, $40

Eve Lom is synonymous with luxurious skin care, and they carry that into their cosmetics. The soft brush applicator makes the application of the lightweight, brightening formula feel ultra-swanky, and the formula itself is chock full of good-for-skin ingredients like white tea extract, caffeine, essential oils and antioxidants to keep skin hydrated and boost circulation. It makes tired eyes look wide-awake, and stays in place (with the help of a bit of setting powder) from morning to night, no touch-ups required.

The Cult Classic
The Product: Clé de Peau Beauté Concealer, $70

If you need heavy-duty coverage for your dark circles, this is your concealer. It acts like the magic wand feature when you edit photos, blurring and hiding dark circles and imperfections without looking heavy or settling into lines. Set it with a touch of powder to create the longest lasting finish (ours stayed put from morning to evening without a crease in sight). Bonus: It works equally well to conceal pimples, redness and dark spots.

The Rich (and Surprisingly Lightweight) Cover-Up
The Product: Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealing Crème, $32

Some emollient concealers slip and slide throughout the day — not this one. It's ultra-pigmented and incredibly lightweight, so you only need the tiniest bit to get full coverage. Translation: Awesome results that last and last.
