The 7 Best Beauty Products Launching in January

We promise: You will covet every item on this list. Bonus: they're all available at the drugstore
This super-rich body cleansing oil was developed to treat eczema. And even though I don't have eczema, I've been using it daily. It's so incredibly moisturizing that I can skip using lotion afterwards, and every dry patch -- from my elbows to my heels -- has softened.

I also passed along a bottle to a friend who actually has eczema, and she couldn't believe the results. Within a week, her eczema had completely subsided, and she hasn't had a flare-up since.

Ecotools Full Volume Styler, $10.99
I've always loved Ecotools makeup brushes, and I could wax poetic about the false eyelashes for days. So when I found out they were branching out into hair brushes, I couldn't wait to get my hands on one.

And they're just as good as I hoped: the handles are bamboo, the packaging is recycled, and the vent system dries hair 20-percent faster. One of my New Year's resolutions is to cut down on heat styling, and now I can check that one off my list without changing anything except my brush.

I have about a dozen dry shampoos in my collection, and this one is my new favorite. Instead of powdery ingredients, it's made with tapioca, which is virtually colorless and expands -- just like tapioca pudding -- to absorb oil. Plus, unlike other dry shampoos, it doesn't leave hair matte and dull looking. And the grapefruit and mint scent is exactly what you want it to be: clean smelling.

Despite my best skin-care efforts, a number of sneaky lines have cropped up on my forehead. But instead of running to the dermatologist for help, I've been applying this primer before my makeup. It fills in each crease -- just like spackling before painting -- and it's completely invisible. Plus, it's packed with hyaluronic acid, which has long-term wrinkle-plumping benefits.

Dove celebrity hairstyle Mark Townsend told me he's been using this oil on his clients since he first got a sample many, many months ago. And if it's good enough for Jennifer Lawrence, Lea Michelle and the Olsen twins, it's good enough for me.

It's incredibly hydrating, largely because of the African macadamia oil, which has a molecular composition that's similar to the lipid layer of human hair. (Translation: it absorbs really well.) I like to use a small amount on my ends before I blow dry my hair, and I rub some between my palms and use it to smooth flyaways and frizz after it's dry. But I really, really love to use it as a treatment. I apply it to dry hair, let it sink in for 20 minutes and then wash it out. Tada! Soft hair for days.
