Barre class can be a particularly challenging form of exercise. All you need is a yoga mat and yourself to try this 45 minute, no-equipment Popsugar barre class. If you are a beginner, there are even varying people in the video doing different modifications of the movements, so you don't have to feel intimidated! If you like this class, Popsugar has a whole host of other classes to try on YouTube so you don't get bored.
