We almost didn't realize Malin Akerman was at the 2014 Emmys because we didn't recognize her. The actress debuted a rocker chic cut that rivals Miley Cyrus's edgy pixie. Complete with shaved sides and length on the top to add dimension, Akerman's new haircut looks surprisingly chic with the plunging necklines we'll be seeing all season long.

One way to add some edge to a pageboy haircut? Bleach it very, very, very blonde. Dunham didn't have the most stylish cut on the planet, but once she amped up the color, it immediately looked more crisp and a hundred times more fashion forward.

Don't worry -- Jessica Chastain didn't touch her gorgeous ginger color. Instead, the actress had her stylist Renato Campora cut her some Brigitte Bardot inspired bangs, the perfect complement to her long, flowy hair.

We usually see platinum blonde on shorter cuts (see: Lena Dunham) but leave it to Lauren Conrad to prove that long-haired girls can also join the fun. The Cali girl took her signature waves to a whole new level of blonde that will look even more stunning against this fall's rich cobalt and royal blues.
