J-Lo is all about the glow. Her makeup artist Mary Phillips dished the details to Well + Good: "She is a fan of Själ's Saphir Concentrate, a facial oil that not only contains aquamarine — the stone of eternal youth — but also botanical retinol, soothing blue chamomile, and a biomarine complex." At $175 a pop, it's certainly pricey, but hey — it seems to work.

Kim Kardashian-West's makeup is always flawless but it all starts with good skin care. One of her must-haves? Retinol. "To combat wrinkles, you should begin using products that contain retinol," she explained on her app. "When using a retinoid, you must wear sunscreen every day. And, because the skin around the eyes is the thinnest and first to show signs of aging, it's also important to introduce a moisturizing eye cream to your skin regimen."
