My thoughts: Thanks to Gigi Hadid at the Giambatista Valli AW16 fashion show back in March, this trend was all. over. Instagram. Seeing as my current idol, sweet angel sent down from above, Gigi, wore this trend, I told myself that I had to love it. After pushing aside my Gigi obsession, I realized that this brow trend really wasn't so bad. Out of the four trends, this is one that I would wear somewhere in the public eye without feeling like a total space case.

Again, this brow trend was less offensive to my friends and family. One acquaintance went as far as "really liking" this one. Another friend told me that I pull it off really well. Maybe this will be my new look? Or maybe I'll only wear it when I'm at home in my bedroom pretending to walk the runway like Gigi.

Considering the fact that it already takes insane concentration, a seriously steady hand, and a good 10-15 minutes to shape and fill in my basic, everyday brow, the idea of spending about 20 minutes trying to carve out this silly brow trend is a joke. Not only is this just ugly -- sorry, people -- no matter how well you do it, it was hard to do. I mean seriously difficult. To put it simply: No. Just no.

Even though my look was much subtler than what you might see on Instagram, the reaction was still the same: "No, please, no." Just about everyone who witnessed this look thought it was ridiculous -- and I had to agree.

I had a hard time deciding which way to complete this trend, as some 'grammers go all out dusting their entire eyelids, temples and the side of their head with colored powders while others take a more minimalistic approach to the eyebrow trend by just creating a line around the brow. I thought this option would be the best way to make it "wearable" but even that proved challenging. I was going to include some details on the ombre look, the colors I used, techniques, etc., then I decided that absolutely no one should try this at home.
