Know your triggers and eliminate them
Sometimes, there's a pattern behind your stress. Determine them and see how you can address the root cause for good. If your worries come from your habits, make a plan on how you can change them. If it's a person or an environment, avoid them. Don't feel bad about cutting some people out of your life, especially if they are negatively affecting your mental health.

Talk to someone about your problem
Avoid retreating to your shell when things get overwhelming. Remember that there are people who can help you or just give you moral support.

And don't be afraid to speak up: Voice out your difficulties if it's an issue at work. Collaborate with others and strengthen your teamwork skills. You don't have to carry the burden all by yourself. You can also talk to your friends and family. A simple bonding with them and personal conversation can already lighten your heart.
