Achieving the dipped brow is easier than just about every other brow trend out there. All you have to do is sculpt and fill your brows as you normally would, brushing them up and over, before deciding which colorful element you'd like to add to your tails. Then, using pencil eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow or a combination of all three, add a bright color or a subtle shade that complements your brows from the outside in, gradually fading the color as you approach the center of the brow. It's a fun way to play with color on a feature other than lids, lips or cheeks.
