If you're anything like me, you're not coordinated enough to get up, get ready and still make yourself a healthy breakfast before you need to get to work or your first appointment of the day.

But thanks to the invention of breakfast jars, it's now easier to have something yummy (and nutritious) for breakfast... without having to prepare it while you're applying your mascara. Luckily for you, these six recipes are so easy to make at home the night before and just store in the fridge — so you can grab them the next morning on your way out the door.

Banana, cinnamon and blueberry jar
This delicious combination is great if you're on the paleo diet, but still want some ideas on how to make your breakfast really interesting. It combines almond flour, coconut flour, a little cinnamon, blueberries, a banana and an egg. Simply pop it in the microwave and voilà: blueberry muffin parfait in a jar.

Chia seeds and berries smoothie jar
There are so many great things about this recipe. First off, chia seeds are really good for you; they're a great source of fiber, contain omega 3 and 6 and have amino acids. Plus, the various berries (blueberries, raspberries and gooseberries) are delicious and chock full of antioxidants and vitamins.

Raspberry and banana crush
This one is loaded with fruit and yogurt that will make a creamy little delight in a jar you won't be able to resist. Bananas, raspberries, pineapple, papaya and mango all sound delicious on their own, but add them all together with a little mango yogurt and you've got a veritable taste sensation.
