CoverGirl Issa Rae's Emmys beauty look featured sparkling eyes and glowing skin. Makeup artist Joanna Simkin used the bright blue from the CoverGirl TruNaked Dazed Palette, $9.99, topped with a pearly silver from the TruBlend Super Stunner Palette in It's Lit, $9.99, to create the arresting eye look. As for the face? "Issa has the most amazing skin, and I wanted it to glow, but I also needed her foundation to be long lasting for the night," said Simkin.
