Biotin also helps avert dermatitis, baldness, and weak nails, she says, and it's needed for your body to use protein, folic acid, B12, and pantothenic acid. Our only caveat? "Pantothenic acid is critical for stopping wrinkles and premature aging," explains Gittleman.
