If there's one model to keep an eye on, Dunn's our girl (she just beat out supermodel BFF Cara Delevingne on Forbe's list of highest paid models for 2014, after all). At just 24 years old, the London-born model is dominating the fashion and beauty world with campaigns for Maybelline, YSL and Balmain.
In addition to walking the runway for some of the most coveted designers at New York, London, Paris and Milan Fashion Week (think Burberry and Oscar de la Renta), Dunn also starred in her own cooking show, "Well Dunn by Jourdan Dunn", on Jay-Z's YouTube channel, and is heavily involved with charitable organizations like the Sickle Cell Society.
A favorite of Karl Lagerfeld's, Wen has walked the Chanel runway since 2008, and appeared in the shows of other big names like Givenchy, Carolina Herrera and Donna Karan. Gaining notoriety as the first Chinese model to walk the Victoria's Secret runway and serve as the brand ambassador for Esteé Lauder, Wen also served as the face behind the Calvin Klein Platinum Label's Spring/Summer 2014 campaign.
Never one to shy away from playing with fashion and beauty looks (remember that neon purple lip at the Met Gala?), Joan Smalls is a fashion favorite among iconic brands like Emilio Pucci, Fendi and Chanel, as well as more modern names like Tom Ford, Alexander Wang and Rag & Bone. This fall alone, she has landed campaigns with Gucci, Missoni and iCB. As if further proof were needed that Smalls is fashion royalty, her first American Vogue cover just made its debut for September (making her the first model of color to grace the cover since Naomi Campbell 25 years ago).
At 19 years old, the Canadian-born model is set to take the fashion world by storm. Her Instagram feed features a mix of gorgeous editorial photos, complete runway looks and goofy backstage antics. Already a runway pro, walking for A-list designers that included Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and Burberry last season alone, Gidey is also a favorite of Harper's Bazaar Global Fashion Director, Carine Roitfeld.

Riley Montana
She may be a runway rookie, having walked her first Fashion Week this past February for fall/winter 2014, but Montana's big fashion break came just two weeks after moving to New York City when Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci offered her one of two spots in the fashion house's spring/summer 2014 campaign. We can't wait to see what this season has in store for Montana, who has walked in shows for Bottega Veneta, DKNY and Rodarte.
As fashion changes, getting bolder and more exciting every season, so too do the faces behind the biggest brands. Whether their muses are walking the runway or the red carpet, designers are clamoring after a new, more diverse set of faces with an impressive following of their own to model their clothes. From established trendsetters like Rihanna to fashion newcomers like Riley Montana, you can spot these jet-setting "It" girls working with fashion's biggest designers -- be it strutting the catwalk or sitting front row.
