During the start of the stay-at-home orders, The Bar Method began live-streaming free 30-minute barre workouts on Facebook. The workouts are no longer live, but there's a whole catalogue of over 60 workouts to try that'll seriously have your butt burning. Each day focuses on toning a different muscle group — and, as a treat, ends with restorative stretching.

Barry's Bootcamp offers a free 20-minute workouts live on Instagram. Led by Barry's trainers, you'll get a high intensity workout session that burns calories and fat — with no equipment needed.

CorePower Yoga's got the online yoga game on lock with CorePower OnDemand, offering hundreds of classes to choose from including vinyasa, sculpt, meditation and restore classes. It too offers a free trial (regularly $19.99 per month).
But lucky for us, since quarantine they've also been offering a selected playlist of OnDemand classes for free. These "Keep Up Your Practice" videos range from 30-to-60-minutes long classes and are refreshed weekly so you can continue to try something new. CorePower also has a catalog of live-streamed classes on YouTube, taught by their yoga instructors across the country.
