I waited until it was completely dry to peel it off. (An earlier swatch test on my arm revealed that if you don't let it dry all the way, it's more difficult to remove.) Surprisingly, the whole mask actually peeled off in one piece, which was incredibly satisfying. Another bonus? It didn't hurt at all to take it off, and all my peach fuzz (and the eyebrow hairs that I'd accidentally covered) stayed on my face.
If being packed with glitter and being fun to remove was all it had to offer, I would have been a happy camper. But here's the thing: The #GlitterMask made my skin look pretty darn fantastic. My co-workers even asked if I was wearing any other products and remarked on how glowy my skin looked (one even called it a unicorn glow). This photo was taken without foundation, highlighter or concealer (though it was taken with eyeliner, eye shadow, brow powder and a tinted lip balm) and I have to say, my skin looks (and feels) great.
The mask brightened my complexion, while also helping tighten up my pores and fine lines -- and honestly, it doesn't get better than plastering your face with a concoction of holographic glitter, silver stars and black goop. All in all, the GlamGlow #GlitterMask handily combines novelty with results, and it makes for quite the nice indulgence or gift.
