According to makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua, we've got Chanel Rouge Allure Liquid Powder in 958, $30, to thank for that, as well as a gradient look, with color applied to the inside of the lips and blended outwards.

Lady Gaga's Grace Kelly-with-a-twist gown was set off to perfection with some seriously cool ice-blue hair and super sparkly eyeshadow. The arresting eye look was created using Marc Jacobs Beauty, featuring the Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette in Frivoluxe, $49, topped off with a healthy dose of See-Quins Glam Glitter Eyeshadow in Flashlight, $28.
