As we stated before, everything has vibrational energy and the more organic and alive it is, the higher the vibration... which means nature is buzzing with high vibes. So go outside, kick off your shoes and sink your toes into the grass. Just connecting with nature on this basic level will feel invigorating. Go on a hike and stop and take in the beauty surrounding you. Picnic in the park. Being in nature will skyrocket your own vibrational frequency to help you attract more high-vibe experiences.

We know that the new season of "Stranger Things" was just released, but log out of your Netflix account now! It's time to put down your phone and stop scrolling through Instagram. And honestly, step away from your computer (once you're done reading this article, of course).
Our lives have become inundated with technology, which is the furthest thing away from nature. While technology has its perks, it comes with some downsides, too: It's been proven that our favorite social media sites contribute to depression and anxiety, which are decidedly low vibe feelings (and we want high vibes that'll manifest greatness remember?).
I find that Instagram can become debilitating at times. I'll see friends and acquaintances living their best lives, taking trips, and eating the most delicious food, while I'm stuck at a 9 to 5 or daydreaming in my tiny apartment. The constant comparisons become destructive to my own happiness. Comparing lives is truly the killer of joy. At those moments, I turn my phone completely off and do something to raise my spirits.

Why not spend that time writing down three things you are grateful for instead? Starting your day with gratitude is a great way to raise your vibrations. Expressing gratitude puts you in a space of allowance that'll help attract more great things back to you.

Eating high vibe foods will not only make you feel great internally but will also raise your own vibration. High vibe foods come directly from grown, organic and/or unprocessed foods. When you're at the grocery store, peruse the organic food aisle. Yes, organic foods can be more costly, but in the long run it will be better for your health. I tend to make sure I frequent my local farmers market whenever I get a chance. Not only do I buy the tastiest fruits and veggies there, but I also get to meet some of the coolest people in my city.
My friends, it's time to swap the Doritos for blueberries. The cookies for an avocado. That pizza you've been craving for a banana. I know it doesn't sound fun, but look at all you will manifest once you do. Eat living foods and you'll be soaring high with your vibrations.

Ever wonder why they say stop and smell the roses? It's believed by many alternative healers that roses have the highest frequency of any flower — no wonder it symbolizes love, passion, and beauty. A great way to incorporate roses into you daily routine is to buy some therapeutic-grade rose oil and put it on your body. You can also buy your own bouquet and leave them out on your desk or counter top. Find a moment to breathe in their sweet fragrance. It may feel a bit silly to buy flowers for yourself but it's also a great way to show yourself a little self love. You deserve it!
