Apple Pie Smoothie
What you'll need:

1 frozen banana
1/2 apple (whatever type you want), cored, peeled and chopped
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

What to do: Add ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.

Gingerbread Smoothie
What you'll need:

1-1/2 cups coconut milk
1 small banana, frozen
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 teaspoon stevia
1 cup ice

What to do: Add ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.

Pecan Pie Smoothie
What you'll need:

1/2 frozen banana
4 pitted dates
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or 2 tablespoons hemp seeds)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or natural coconut water)

What to do: Add ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.

Eggnog Smoothie
What you'll need:

2 cups milk (of your choice)
2 very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon grass-fed gelatin (optional)
2 raw yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 cups ice

What to do: Add milk and egg yolks in the blender. (If you use gelatin sprinkle this on top). Add remaining ingredients with ice on top and blend until smooth.

1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder
