Fearless Color
Use an angled brush to go over your white liner with the eyeshadow color of your choice. Ravndahl uses MAC Eye Shadow in Electric Eel.

Line & Define
Next, apply a black gel liner like MAC Chromaline in Black Black right on top of your colored line. You want to apply the black liner as close to your lashline as possible, keeping the line thin to avoid a mess.

Hang On, You're Almost There
You could follow up Step 4 with some mascara and call it a day, but we love the way Ravndahl uses the same double liner technique on her waterline. To get this look, apply white eyeliner across your waterline and go over it with your colored shadow or liner. Next, use a smudger brush to smudge black eyeshadow from the outer corner of your eye to about halfway in. Ravndahl uses MAC Eye Shadow in Black Tied.

Calling All Sparkle Lovers
Here at Total Beauty, we like to think glittery eye makeup is an all-occasions look. Why save those pretty, sparkly eye shadows and eyeliners just for holiday parties and watching the ball drop? Angela Grigoryan shows us the perfect way to wear a glittery eye makeup look 365.

Grigoryan starts with Vincent Longo Crème Gel Liner in Blu Raven (a staff favorite as well for its incredible longevity). Draw the line as thin and as close to your lashes as possible.

If you woke up this morning and dabbled on your eye makeup the same way you do every day, we've got a little treat for you. The next time you have a spare five (or 10) minutes, try one of these amazing eyeliner looks. Unlike the smoky eye (which, let's be honest, takes a bit of brilliance in blending artistry), the only thing these looks require is a steady hand. And maybe a little glitter. And, oh yeah, the right brushes and tools.

Beyond that? It's all about practice, practice, practice. Don't attempt these eyeliner looks for the first time on your wedding day or 20 minutes before you need to be out the door. Give yourself a good few tries to get that flawless double liner or glitter eye makeup down pat. Bat a Lash Beauty bloggers and freelance makeup artists Samantha Ravndahl and Angela Grigoryan show us detailed, step-by-step instructions for these statement-making eye makeup looks.
