The last time we wrote about Michelle Phan, it was to praise her brilliant boyfriend tag video. Today, it's because we're beyond tickled that her long awaited makeup line is poised to launch.
That's right, the 26-year old YouTube sensation has compiled an assortment of beauty products that are sure to send shivers down the collective spines of her more than 3.7 million subscribers.
EM (Vietnamese for "you") launches on Friday, but we were able to score some top-secret photos of some of her key products in advance. With EM, Phan, a self-taught makeup artist, aims to help women of all colors find the perfect shades and products for every conceivable life event. From date night to "hanging with friends" to "always, no occasion" offerings, there is truly something for everyone among her offerings.
Fridays launch will be comprised of 241 items that will be sold exclusively online at the EM website (additional products will roll out in October, January and February). More than just an e-commerce destination, this website offers Phan tutorials for every product as well as a "sisterhood" section where fellow beauty junkies can "check out the latest beauty trends and get advice straight from Michelle."
So, without further ado, we're pleased to present our first look at one of the freshest, smartest launches we've seen in a while.
