Emily Blunt looked gorgeous at last night's New York City premiere of "The Girl on the Train" -- and her look was anything but a train wreck.

Blunt teamed up with celebrity makeup artist for Laura Mercier, Jenn Streicher, who gave her a "modern and edgy" makeup look that perfectly complemented Blunt's understated attire. "I wanted to highlight Emily's flawless skin and give her a unique lip color that you never see on the red carpet," Streicher said. And man did Blunt pull it off.

To prep her skin, Streicher used Sisley Paris Black Rose Precious Face Oil, to hydrate Blunt's complexion and give it a dewy glow before applying makeup. She then applied Laura Mercier Foundation Primer - Hydrating, followed by Laura Mercier Foundation Primer - Radiance, to allow for flawless makeup application and to give Blunt's cheekbones a nice, subtle sheen.

For Blunt's radiant complexion, Streicher used Laura Mercier Silk Crème Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation in Ivory and set with Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder to ensure Blunt's skin stayed fresh throughout the premiere. Streicher then dotted Laura Mercier Crème Cheek Colour in Rosebud on the apples of the cheeks and blended outwards with her finger. To make Blunt's eyes pop, Streicher primed them with Laura Mercier Eye Basics in Wheat and then applied Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Rosegold. To add a little more drama to Blunt's eyes, Streicher lined her top lid with Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eye Liner in Black Ebony and swiped on several coats of Laura Mercier Extra Lash Sculpting Mascara.

To finish her look, Streicher focused on Blunt's lips. "Emily's entire look was based around the lip color," Streicher notes. To give her a standout pout, Streicher layered Laura Mercier Velour Lovers Lip Colour in French Kiss and Boudoir on her lips, creating a unique pink color.

After ten years of begging for a piece of her on the VMAs stage, the Queen of Pop, Britney Spears, made an epic comeback at last night's MTV Music Video Awards -- and needless to say, she looked fabulous. To get ready for her grand debut, Spears turned to celebrity stylist Lorenzo Martin for a bombshell blowout.

To create her look, Martin started by applying ColorProof Evolved Color Care LiftIt Color Protect Foam Mousse on wet hair from the roots to the ends. Jessica Alba looked absolutely stunning at last night's "Mechanic: Resurrection" premiere, and she's got her beauty brand, Honest, to thank for her look.

Alba teamed up with Honest Beauty Brand Ambassador Jennifer Yepez who used the brand's new hair care line to create tousled waves that framed the star's gorgeous face perfectly. First, Yepez prepped Alba's hair with the Beyond Hydrated Moisture Milk Leave-In Conditioner from mid-shaft to ends. To protect Alba's hair, Yepez spritzed Honestly Protected Heat Defense Spray, followed by Honestly Uplifted Volumizing Spray all over to amp up the volume on her do'. To create Alba's bouncy yet relaxed waves, Yepez started at the nape of her hair, gathered small clean sections and blow-dried Alba's hair upwards to build volume. Once finished, Yepez reached for a 1.25-inch curling iron, starting in the back, taking medium sections and wrapped Alba's hair downwards on the iron, alternating directions as she went. She then lightly teased Alba's hair at the crown, and combed through the tease for a voluminous, sleek look. To finish off her hair, Yepez secured the middle and side sections back with bobby pins.

To keep her makeup equally soft, Honest Beauty Creative Color Consultant Daniel Martin used the Honest Beauty Falling For You Makeup Palette, applying the shades Smoked Aubergine and Blackened Burgundy to her lids and dabbing on Honest Beauty Magic Balm for a glossy finish. We're almost as excited about the release of "Suicide Squad" this weekend as we are about the good-girl-gone-bad look Margot Robbie wore to the NYC premiere. Her dark crimson lips paired with an effortless pony nodded to her starring role as Harley.

To create the chic pony, Robbie turned to celebrity hairstylist Renato Campora who started by applying KMS Add Volume Volumizing Spray and KMS Free Shape Hot Flex Spray to create a voluminous base in damp hair. To create the messy pony, he twisted the hair using an elastic to pull the hair through once, and only pulling through halfway the second time to create a looped bun. To secure the hair, Campora amped the look up using a hair accessory over the band, and wrapped the remaining hair around the accessory using bobby pins to lock in the look. For an even more undone effect, he pulled out a few random pieces and sprayed a bit of KMS Free Shape 2-in-1 Styling + Finish Spray to hold the look in place. Even Robbie's strands couldn't break out of Arkham, and we love the finished product puddin'.
