"Brow gels are hot on the scene right now, and this one from Tarte, which comes in six colors, is my fave," says Moldavon. "The small spoolie applicator makes it easy to brush brows in the opposite direction and coats them with the gel without getting it all over the skin. After applying, you can take a clean spoolie and run it through your brows to set them in place."

Here's a pro tip from Moldavon that might just blow your mind: brow pencils are used to put color on the skin behind your brows in order to create more shape while brow gels deposit color on your actual hairs to help add a boost of pigment on someone who already has thicker brows.
