"I only bought it because it was so inexpensive and thought it'd be nice to throw in my bag for when I needed a quick gloss," she says. She ended up loving the product. "It's super hydrating and my clients love a smudge of this product over their matte liquid lipsticks to add that pouty sheen at the center of their lips.
