"I was looking online for a moisturizing lip scrub for dry lips and came across this one by ChapStick and it's now one of my favorites," says Diani. Given the fact that ChapStick specializes in lip care, it was a no-brainer to try it out. The product is formulated with safflower seed oil, maracuja (passion fruit) oil, shea butter, and vitamin E. It has a peppermint smell and taste, and sugar to exfoliate.
