Red Velvet Cheat Day
They say red velvet tastes exactly the same as chocolate, but we swear that vibrant red color adds a little extra something. Get all the extravagance of a full-size red velvet cake in a single serving with this easy recipe for a fancy-looking mug cake.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 drops red food coloring
Powdered sugar to dust on top

Directions:
In a large mug, use a small whisk or fork to mix the milk and vinegar. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add it to your mug with the milk mixture, then add the vegetable oil and red food coloring. Whisk until smooth.

Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Dust with powdered sugar, and serve.

Mug Brownie Bite
Chocolate lovers, prepare to fall in love with microwave dessert recipes forever. This mouthwatering microwave brownie takes just two minutes, including prep time and bake time.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 firmly packed tablespoon light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Dash of kosher salt
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 heaping tablespoons semisweet chocolate chunks

Directions:
Melt butter in a microwave-safe mug. Add sugars, vanilla, salt and egg yolk (not the white) to the melted butter, and stir.

Add flour and cocoa powder. Stir until combined. Last, add chocolate chunks.

Cook in the microwave for approximately 45 seconds, and enjoy.

Raspberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
On the hunt for new dessert ideas? If you're into microwave desserts that are a bit more tart, give this tangy mug cake a try. Raspberry filling and a sour cream glaze give this easy dessert recipe the perfect amount of zing.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3-4 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon sour cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for the glaze

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in your mug (except for the berries). Then, add wet ingredients and mix until blended. Place raspberries in the center.

Microwave for 45 to 55 seconds (or 55 seconds to 1 minute, if you used frozen berries).

For the glaze, mix sour cream and powdered together and spoon it over your mug cake.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup brewed coffee
1 egg
1 heaping tablespoon chocolate chips

Directions:
Stir coconut flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in microwave-safe mug. Add in sugar and coffee, stirring until smooth. Next, mix in the egg and fold in chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, grab a spoon and go to town.
