Believe it or not, I've never used essential oils before, so I was very curious about this product. It contains CBD alongside relaxers like lavender and orange. It's also formulated with magnifier quartz, which is supposed to turbocharge the effects of the CBD and the essential oils. I slowly inhaled the essential oil, then applied it to my wrists and the back of my neck. I felt instant tension relief in my head and neck after sniffing and applying the CBD/essential oil blend, so I stashed it in my purse and used it whenever I got stressed during the day.
A few months ago, I stopped using foaming face washes and switched to cleansing balms and oils, which are much gentler on my skin. So I was very excited to try this cleansing oil, which is chock full of hemp-derived CBD to calm skin. It's also got chamomile and ginger essential oils, two anti-inflammatories, in the formula, as well as vitamin E, an antioxidant. The cleansing oil effectively removed my makeup in one step. I didn't have to tug or rub my skin to take off my mascara. My complexion felt thoroughly clean yet still hydrated, and it looked glowy too.
During this experiment, this became another one of my go-to ingestible CBD oils. I tried the natural flavor, which was subtly earthy. Using it in the morning, I put a dropper of the THC-free oil into my morning decaf coffee (unfortunately I'm super-sensitive to caffeine so decaf is all I can have!), and was happy to experience a calming effect within 20 minutes. I also felt more focused and was able to bang out my to-do list without as many distractions.
In the last year, I've become addicted to megaformer workouts, which means I always have muscle pain somewhere. That's why I couldn't wait to try this massage oil rich in full spectrum activated hemp extract with naturally occurring CBD. After a grueling evening workout full of lunges and squats, I rubbed the massage oil onto my sore calves and could feel my aches melting away. The next morning I was still pain-free, and — bonus — my skin was soft to the touch.
