Speaking of eyes, let's dish on some new eyeshadow that's got D'Amelio amped. "I'm always on the hunt for a good neutral eyeshadow palette. I own dozens of eyeshadow palettes, and with most of them I only really use a few shadows out of the entire palette. That can be frustrating — especially for the cost of some of them," she says.
