But as the beauty industry continues making strides to be inclusive of all consumers, an increasing number of brands are recognizing that beige isn't the only nude that exists and creating nude products that cover the diverse spectrum of human skin. After all, nude is supposed to be flesh-toned, so it's nonsensical to have beige serve as the de facto nude color in cosmetics when beauty lovers with darker complexions exist.
