The Bad: Gluten-Free Dunkin' Donuts
Dunkin' Donuts has joined in on the gluten-free fun with its new plan to offer a range of wheat-free treats this year across the U.S. And while it's great that the gluten intolerant can still enjoy a morning donut with her coffee ... most Americans mistakenly equate "gluten-free" with "healthier" or "fewer calories." In fact, the gluten-free cinnamon donut has 320 calories whereas the regular one has "only" 260. The gluten-free blueberry muffin, on the other hand, does have fewer calories (400 for gluten-free versus 460 for regular) (Source
Everyone loves watermelon. And everyone loves Oreos, too. But together? Yeah, not so much.

First of all, since when is watermelon and a dairy-like substance ever a good combination? (We can't call it "cream;"Oreos actually use straight-up oil for their filling.) Second, the swirled neon green and pink inside doesn't exactly scream "naturally-occurring thing that belongs in your belly." Stick with your classic vanilla or chocolate Oreo flavors, or better yet, a real watermelon.
