How to:
-Work a mousse, like Sexy Hair Root Pump Plus Humidity Resistant Volumizing Spray Mousse, $17.95, though damp hair, then blow-dry using a paddle brush.
-Create a center part, then tie hair into a low pony at the nape of your neck. (Don't be afraid to add ponytail extensions -- all the models on the Valentino runway wore them).
-Tie hair elastics around the length of the ponytail, spacing them about two inches apart and leaving a few inches loose at the ends.

The Boho Ponytail
How to:
-Create a deep side part, and French braid a small section of hair across to the other side of your head.
-Secure the end of your braid behind your opposite ear.
-Gather the rest of your hair and fasten into a low side pony.
-Tease the ends of the ponytail and apply Bumble and Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish, $30, for a messier look.
How to:
-With dry, lightly curled hair, create three evenly spaced ponytails (one high, one mid and one low), and secure with small elastics.
-Slide each elastic slightly away from your head to make room for each topsy.
-Next, create a hole behind the top elastic and flip that top ponytail up, then down through the hole.
-Continue by creating a hole behind each elastic and flipping each ponytail up and through its respective hole.
-Tighten or loosen each section to your preference. Use bobby pins to secure.
How to:
-Part unwashed hair to the side. Take a section from the smaller side of your part and divide it in two, then twist the sections to start a French braid.
-Continue your French braid by adding new sections of hair to the top and bottom sections, as you twist.
-Continue this process until you reach the back of your head, then clip off with a duck bill clip.
-Repeat on the other side of your head until you get to the back, and secure this larger braided section with a clear elastic.
-With both sides French braided, release the duck bill clip and gather all of your hair into a ponytail. Secure with an elastic.
-Loosen up the braids for texture, and cover your elastic with an accessory if desired.
How to:
-Starting with clean dry hair, section off the top of your hair by creating a part just above your ear lobe spanning from ear to ear.
-Use a boar bristle paddle brush to smooth the front and sides of your hair back. Holding your hair taut in one hand, spray Oribe Gel Sérum, $59, to get hold and sheen. Then, secure with an elastic at the top of your head.
-Repeat this process creating another ponytail below your first, and a third below the second.
-Finish by spraying your ponytails with a shine serum.
