Do things that make you feel good; that make you happy. Whether it's having your hair done professionally every week, or your nails, or getting a massage every month, do you boo. Take baths, read books on the balcony or in the park. Get a dog. Bottom line? Do things to make you happy.

Often, we tend to overlook our finances — sometimes, we don't understand how certain things work... so we just avoid them and hope for the best.
But... maybe you should take charge of your finances right now, while the year is still fresh, and learn how to do your taxes properly or balance your check book.

We're not saying that you should spend all day in bed (although is this really such a bad idea every now and then?), but getting the right amount of sleep for you (hopefully seven to eight hours a night) can be really beneficial physically and mentally.
If you struggle to fall asleep, maybe try a winding down routine where you stop screen time, have a bath, have some tea, etc to get yourself in the right space for bed.
