This is a great dupe for the cult favorite SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, $99. Both work to prep skin to better absorb serums and moisturizers, but also help brighten an uneven skin tone. SK-II's version is made with galactomyces ferment filtrate, while Missha's has saccharomyces ferment filtrate as a key ingredient.
Another key difference? A 75 ml bottle of SK-II's product will set you back $99, while Missha's is $29 for 150 ml. There are very few ingredient overlaps, but within the K-beauty world of fans, the two are neck-and-neck in terms of benefits to the skin.
