Libertine typically makes manicure fantasies come true. Lead CND artist Heather Reynosa and her team delivered for Spring 2019 by decking out nails with cameos, rhinestones, caviar pearls and, er, bits of braided hair for a new take on Victorian romance.
The Blonds' Disney villains show featured fierce manicures with a capital F. Extra long talons were decked out with wicked embellishment, including piercings, shards of mirror glass and dagger-pierced hearts. It took the CND team a staggering 500 hours to make the nails.
