"We often keep our cosmetics in our makeup bag while we travel or are on the go, but I also love to stay organized at home," says Tevelin. She suggests checking out shopping destinations like The Container Store or Target for great trays or even a cosmetic carousel, if you're feeling fancy. There are so many great options out there when it comes to makeup storage.

Invest in Multitasking Products
"Try to choose multitasking products that save time, money, and space," suggests Tevelin. One such example? SkinOwl's own own Maqui Berry Beauty Whip, $68, which combines masking, priming and moisturizing into one product.
"My favorite makeup bags have a liner on the inside so you can put them in the washing machine," said Katherine Dorn, celebrity makeup artist at Pierre Michel Salon.
