Step 6: Blot your lips with a paper towel to start with a clean slate. Apply foundation to your lips. Muir says this helps prime your lips for lipstick, and prevents your lipstick from bleeding. Blot again, then apply CoverGirl Star Wars Lipstick in Red #30 to your lips.
