"I love a bob haircut for summer on my clients with heart-shaped faces," says Tina Malhotra, an expert stylist at L'Appartement Salon in New York City. "One of my favorite lengths for this face shape is when it grazes the collarbone or just above, especially for fine hair."

Papanikolas also notes that heavy bangs can be very flattering for a heart-shaped face, especially since they can decrease the width of the forehead and increase the width of the lower part of the face, which can help give your face a more proportionate look.
