Bold colors add to the fun of a fur handbag, but stick with sophisticated patterns to keep the look age-appropriate. This color-blocked handbag from Vionnet's fall 2014 show at Paris Fashion Week is a prime example of what works.

Sequins and Stripes blogger Grace Atwood knows accessories. (She's head of social media at affordable jewelry favorite Baublebar.) So when Atwood fell in love with the bevy of fur clutches on the runway, she created this DIY version using little more than an Old Navy clutch, faux fur, scissors and fabric glue.
