Founded by Regina Merson, Reina Rebelde was inspired by her Mexican American culture and caters to a wide range of skin tones. The founders are committed to creating makeup for people of all backgrounds that is easy to use and will last through all kinds of days. Founded by Loraine R. Dowdy, this makeup line focuses on encouraging diversity and self-expression for women of color.
