I don't think you're supposed to use it twice a day, but I use this in the morning and before bed and my skin has never looked better. It's a lactic acid treatment, which I had never tried before. It's hydrating while exfoliating the surface layers of my skin, but with no peeling or flakiness. I will wipe my face in the morning with a Neutrogena cleansing towelette (another can't live without beauty product!) then use it and my skin looks so smooth and instantly glows.
