On that note, Urban Decay unveils its latest product, Perversion Mascara -- with a slew of lofty claims. Founding partner Wende Zomnir and her product development team formulated and personally tested a whopping 90 formulas before they settled on a winner that's said to deliver on all of Zomnir's requirements: a buildable formula that makes lashes full, long, flexible, separated and clump-free (girl hates gloppy mascara) with triple-black pigments and Hairdensyl, a growth-stimulating amino acid complex.
