If your office will provide them, it's definitely worth looking into standing desks or cool AF ergonomic chairs — they can improve productivity and (increase comfort). That said, if it's not in the office budget, there are still ways to have an ergonomic setup.
Remember to keep your body centered to the monitor and keyboard. Make sure that the height of your chair lets your feet rest on the floor and your knees are leveled with your hips. Also, keep your elbows at close to a 90-degree angle and don't bend your wrists. Having proper posture will make your day less exhausting. (Throw in the occasional office-appropriate yoga move and you're golden.)

Yeah, a messy desk may work for your creativity but if you want to stay focused, you may still want to apply some sort of organization with your tools.
Keep the things that you use daily close and visible. If you like spreading out papers while working, make a room for that, so you won't feel cramped. Store the documents and things you seldom need off your desk to keep your workstation less cluttered.
