Teni Panosian
Why We Love Her:
Panosian has an eye makeup tutorial for any look you could possibly want or need, and she's pretty much the queen of applying a smoky eye in any color combination imaginable. You'll also find celebrity- and movie-inspired makeup looks on her channel (our favorite is a wearable tutorial for M.A.C.'s Maleficent makeup) and tailored looks for special occasions. Her instructions are easy to follow, and you feel like you're watching your best friend give you beauty advice -- no corny graphics or long, personal diatribes.

Mimi Ikonn, Luxy Hair
Why We Love Her:
Mimi Ikonn started the ecommerce site Luxy Hair in 2010 with her husband Alex, and has since grown to be a household name synonymous with hair extensions and beauty. But it's her YouTube tutorials that first made us fall in love with the charismatic hair genie. Ikonn breaks down Dutch French braids, chain braids and snake braids, all in less than ten minutes flat -- and in steps we can actually follow. Our favorite video to date: Running Late Hairstyles (seen on the right).

Cassandra Bankson, DiamondsAndHeels14
Why We Love Her:
Maybe it comes from years of dealing with acne, but Bankson's YouTube channel is like a breath of fresh air (no cookie-cutter, perfectly put together all the time attitude here). She swears (sometimes), she'll tell you about the hairball at the bottom of her drain and she's completely unapologetic about who she is. Bankson gives straightforward tutorials on covering up acne and acne scars, and also recommends the best products for oily and acne-prone skin. She's also a model, proving acne or none, it's truly confidence that's most beautiful.

Jaclyn Hill
Why We Love Her:
When she's not vlogging, Hill works as a professional makeup artist. So in addition to providing gorgeous makeup tutorials, she walks you through basic advice about choosing products and makeup brushes, and really explains what she's doing and why she's doing it that way (Like the narration you wish your OB/GYN wouldn't give you). You can watch any of Hill's videos and feel like you're getting a crash course in makeup, but our favorites are her contouring tutorials, which are 100 percent dummy-proof for beginners. They also cover more advanced techniques, like how to contour and highlight with blush or with all cream products.

These YouTube beauty bloggers (or vloggers as they're known on the web) have been known to steal hours of our time as we sit entranced by their countless hair, makeup and nail tutorials. No, we're not talking about Michelle Phan. These ladies may not have reached household name status (yet), but they're "the next big thing" in the YouTube beauty space. With viewers reaching into the millions, they know what they're talking about. And we're taking notes on all of their looks.
