She names L'Oreal's Magic Lumi Liquid Primer as her "absolute favorite primer from the drugstore of all time." And how does she use it? Well, as she said (very quickly), "Pump of foundation, pump of primer, mix it together, whip it up, put it all over your face -- and it just looks SO gorgeous."

Why: Too Faced's Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara is definitely something of a cult fave, and Ingrid Nilsen confirms that the hype is real.
