Some people go to church, others go to Zumba! (or maybe you go to both). There's no better way to make a new friend (or seven), then to sweat next to them for an hour. If you become a regular at a certain class, chances are you'll find your "favorite spot" to stand and start befriending those who stand around you. Then maybe you can all go grab a tea or healthy snack together after class! It's easy, as Grant puts it, all you have to do is "go to Zumba.com and type in your zip code", to find the class nearest to you.

It's for everyone
If it wasn't already obvious, Zumba is for "ANYONE and EVERYONE", according to Gina Grant. "You can dance away your problems and not worry about being judged. Dance like no one is watching is actually a thing!".

Seriously, no matter what shape or size you are, or if you're a good dancer or not, you can jump aboard the Zumba train, which is part of Jameela Jamil's whole mission as an activist. She says of Zumba on her Instagram, "I love exercise that doesn't on weight loss or vanity. It's just about moving, having and listening to good music". And she's right. So what are you waiting for?
