Rain + wind = beauty nightmare? Not necessarily! Emma Watson showed London town and the world that her beauty would not be burdened by weather woes. The nineteen-year-old actress staring in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" had to battle the elements during her red carpet strut and managed to look fabulous while doing so, despite a couple of unfortunate Marilyn moments.

ULTA, that awesome nationwide salon we all know and love, is showing us some love this summer with FREE, yes free, workshops taught by the pros. The two customized workshops will demonstrate the techniques we need to know to create salon styles from the comfort of our homes.

I'll say one thing for Jennifer Aniston, she found a style that works for her and she rocks it. Sure, it may get a little old wearing the same hairstyle and makeup look at nearly every event (don't think she does? check out these pics), but when you're as hot as she is, do you really need to switch things up?
