This is a gel-based brow pencil with a brush on the opposite side. I am not a fan, though. I felt like the waxy feel made my brows look more stuck together than nicely set. Maybe it works better for people with thicker eyebrows? The honey color was no match for my superfine liner in soft...
I was very disappointed by this product. The texture is too waxy and doesn't deposit enough color so you keeping applying and applying and your brows don't look much fuller.
