The brush is the highlight of the mascara, as even the tip has bristles to coat and cover every single lash. I found this to be smudge-proof and flake-proof, but I didn't have "new" lashes. They were slightly lengthened and volume increased a smidge. This is a good--not great--mascara.

The packaging on this has changed to a purple and black tube but I'm sure it's still the same mascara because of the name. I only bought this since Promise Phan on YouTube mentioned this once that she likes it for her lashes and since I figured she's Asian she might have the same lashes as me....
