NICE DESIGN BUT NOT VERY FUNCTIONAL

The gripper pads attracted me to this product however, it did a poor job cutting my nails. I nails are not very thin nor are they overly thick. I found I had to use a great deal of squeeze to this clipper to cut.

I HAVE TO AGREE THAT THE LITTLE GRIPPER HELPS KEEP YOUR FINGER IN PLACE WHILE CUTTING THE NAIL. THIS PAIR OF CLIPPERS ARE WORTH THE MONEY, THEY WORK NICELY.
