Alberto VO5 Extreme Style Heat Defense Conditioning Spray has done wonders to half the damage of my blowdryer. I could see the difference within a week and I won't blow dry without it now. If it didn't leave a slight stickiness in my hair, I would have given it a 9 or 10.
