THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE
I'm glad I only wasted a few dollars on this one. It was almost like using oily water and it definitely did not get all of my eye make up off. I had to really scrub at my eyes to get the mascara off (and I don't wear water proof mascara) which left my eyes irritated and short a few eye lashes....
